A launch pad to fulfill the Great Commission!
The brothers and sisters of the Madison Church of Christ have chosen to take the directive of the Great Commission to heart. We know that the harvest is ready and there are countless souls across the world that are just waiting to hear the glorious message of Jesus Christ.
Through the power of our brothers and sisters locally in Madison, Tennessee and the network of Christians across the world, we aim to fulfill the directive of Jesus from Matthew 28:19 and will boldly go into all of the nations of the world and make disciples, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
We are beginning to shape our future of Mission work here at Madison. We want to blend full time missionaries with short term missions. Local mission work with foreign mission work. Older generations with young generations. How do we accomplish that? It begins at the grass roots and has to be woven into the fabric of our congregation. Whether we are working locally in our own benevolence center or remodeling a hospital in a former Soviet Republic, we want to show the love of Jesus. At the end of our lives we want to not leave anything on the table. We want to be the one's who are out in the world with those who are in need and showing them the love of Jesus and not just telling them.
